Shipping
What is the status of my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this tracking ID to follow your shipment and check the most current status.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free shipping on orders over 599kr.
- Flat rate: 49kr for orders under the free shipping limit.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Sweden and Denmark. If you live outside these countries, please contact us at info@lyn-atelier.com and we will assist you.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 48 hours on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are normally shipped the within 48 hours the next business day.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may vary, any changes will be communicated on our website.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping applies to orders over 599 kr (after discounts, excluding taxes). For orders under this limit, a flat rate applies: 49 kr.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been fulfilled yet. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. To request a change, email us as soon as possible with your updated address and order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an order?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 21 days of receiving your order with a fee of 59kr.
Items must be in their original condition.
To start a return, email info@lyn-atelier.com with your order number.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of used or opened accessories.
Can I return an item on final sale?
No, items marked as final sale cannot be returned, canceled, exchanged, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Can I exchange my product for another?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return your original item following our return process, and place a new order for the item you want. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
When will I receive my refund?
We issue refunds within 7 days of receiving your return.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately at info@lyn-atelier.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review your case and arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Make sure to reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly.
What condition must items be in for a return?
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Accessories that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Products
Can I clean my brush?
Use a soft-bristled brush, toothbrush, or cloth to gently remove tangles and dirt. You may dip the brush in warm soapy water or distilled white vinegar, but ensure it is dried thoroughly, face down.
Do not fully submerge wooden, boar bristle, or bamboo brushes, as they may warp or break.

I forgot to enter my promo code. Can it be applied to my order?
Unfortunately, promo codes, discounts, or gift cards cannot be applied to orders that have already been processed.
